Kickoff meeting report
The first meeting of the MicroGuide project was organized at the Qualification Agency of Serbia, Belgrade, Serbia, on July 11th – 12th, 2022.
The meeting was held according to the Agenda, with a total of 12 representatives of Partner Institutions, four per University of Belgrade (UB) and Qualification Agency of Serbia (QAS), three per FH Joanneum Gesellschaft MBH (FHJ) and Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (ACEEU), and two from the University of Lleida (UDL).
The meeting objectives were:
- to introduce to each other all the project Partners;
- to develop a common understanding of the project objectives, activities and expected results comply with the project description;
- to clarify project management and administrative procedures;
- to discuss into details the action plan for the following period;
- to establish the Project Management Group and the Quality Assurance Group;
- to adopt Project quality assurance standards and procedures.
The partners introduced each other through a series of presentations, including the ENIC/NARIC centre of Serbia. Of special importance was the presentation of the FHJ on the European approach to micro credentials and European Universities, as well as their experiences on the MicroCredX project and the EU4Dual alliance of European universities.
Common understanding of the project objectives, activities and expected results was introduced by the Project coordinator Prof. Dr. Siniša Đurašević, UB.
Project management and administrative procedures, especially financial, were introduced by the Prof. Dr. Nebojša Jasnić, UB.
Details on the action plan for the following period were introduced by the Project coordinator Prof. Dr. Siniša Đurašević, UB. The most important part was the decision to reschedule timetable of all Project Activities in order to successfully completion within the stipulated time.
The partners proposed their representatives in the foreseen bodies of the Project, thus establishing the Project Management Group and the Quality Assurance Group.
All aspects of quality assurance of the Project were analyzed in detail based on the material prepared by FHJ. Based on the discussion, the Partners agreed to adopt Project quality assurance standards and procedures.
